Introduction
Daybreak Health is a teletherapy startup providing mental health services to children and adolescents. Their website, daybreakhealth.com, is the cornerstone of their online presence, serving as the primary platform for acquiring new clients and connecting with existing ones.
This case study explores how we redesigned their website to better reflect their brand, improve user experience, and significantly increase conversion rates.
My Role
As the Solo Web Designer and Webflow Developer, I worked closely with Daybreak Health's CEO, marketing team, and Sutro Design team.
My responsibilities included gathering requirements, defining the project scope, designing the website layout, creating wireframes and prototypes, and leading the visual design process. I also developed the website on Webflow, ensuring the design was correctly implemented with an easy-to-use CMS setup for the Daybreak team.
Background
Before the redesign, Daybreak Health's website was outdated and did not effectively communicate the company’s value proposition. The user experience was confusing, making it difficult for visitors to find necessary information. The site lacked clear calls to action, leading to low conversion rates and missed business opportunities.

The redesigned Daybreak Health website is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. It features a bold color palette of blue and green, evoking calmness and positivity.
We implemented clear calls to action, making it easy for visitors to schedule appointments and learn about the company’s services. Additionally, a custom icon set was developed to visually communicate the company’s key differentiators.
Final Outcome
Following the launch of the new website, Daybreak Health experienced a significant increase in traffic and conversion rates. The redesign made it easier for visitors to grasp the company’s value proposition and take action.
Feedback from both existing and new clients was overwhelmingly positive, with users praising the website's professionalism, ease of use, and visual appeal.
